Unplug your sewing machine.
Take out the screws in throat plate.
Remove throat plate.
Remove the bobbin and then the bobbin case.
Using a brush, brush out any lint that has accumulated.
Make sure feed dogs are lint free.
Oil the machine - check your manual to see how often and where to oil.
Put the bobbin case back in aligning the red dots.
Assemble the sewing machine.
Change your needle.
Once your sewing machine is back together, make sure to check your stitch on a practice piece of fabric to ensure that everything is working properly.
